The purpose of this post is to let you about the updates that we have made to mangapill. Overall, there are two major changes. First is the addition of trending manga section, and second is design changes.

New trending manga section is available on homepage. The algorithm for trending/popular mangas is pretty simple. There are only two factors that are considered. First is our own input, and second is the total number of times, chapters of a particular manga are viewed.

With regards to design changes, the manga card has changed. It now contains manga type, manga status and manga published year details. This information is also available in quick search results. Moreover, the image size of manga is also increased.

Regarding your queries, the most requested feature is the bookmarks feature. We are still thinking about it, because we don't want to commit such a big feature if we can't maintain it in the long run. So, please keep it in mind, we aren't ignoring the community, it's just that we don't want to build something that is broken, slow and hard to maintain.
